Referring Influencers

If you reffer a Influencer and they fully sign up under your custom link then you will be able to track their sales and get a 10% commision for their first 3 sales. This only includes selling QuickShout packages, or custom promotions.

Referring Brands

If you reffer a Brand and they fully sign up under your custom link then you will be able to track their influencer purchases and get a 10% commision for their first 3 influencer purchases. This only includes buying QuickShout packages, or custom promotions.

Refferal User Agreement

By using your refferal link and sending it out you understand and agknowledge that you are above the age of 18 years old. To be affiliated with us or to get paid for your referrals you must be 18 years or older! You also must fill out a W9 Form or any specified tax income form for your region before you’re able to cash out your account balance. Getting paid out your refferal commision can take up to 15 days after the user does a transaction and can be up to an additional 15 days to recieve the funds in your withdrawl method after you cash out. We are also not liable or obligated to pay you your account balance if we turn off our platform or feel like you’ve violated any of our terms!

For Brand Users

Shoutsy is free to sign up, receive bids from Shoutsy Shouters, review the Shoutsy’s marketplace and discuss the Campaign requirements. If you send a campaign invite, you will be automatically charged by Shoutsy’s system. The payment methods you’ve added to your Shoutsy account will be what gets charged. You may cancel the Campaign invite from your dashboard at any time before the influencer accepts your offer/invite. Campaign payouts can take up to 5-7 business days (longer on holidays or large volume payouts) New accounts can see campaign payouts take up to 15 days. Brand’s can also cancel their campaign post, private or public the status of it at anytime from their dashboard. Campaign posting’s expire 30 days after being created. Depending on the type of campaign you post, you may half to pay a campaign posting fee which is NON refundable after posting/ finishing the transaction.

Campaign Post Pricing

Cash Campaign - Cash Campaign’s are when the brand/ buyer decides they want to pay cash only for promotional services. Product Drop Campaign - Product Drop Campaign’s are when the brand/ buyer decides they want to Ship out in person products to influencers/ shouters in exchange for the to promote it on their desired social media. Affiliate Campaign -

Shipping Out Products

You as the brand/ buyer are FULLY responsible for shipping out the products to the influencers/ shouters if you have aproved them for your campaign. We do not handle, track or work with any delivery companies and we’re not responsible nor is the influencer for any delayed delivery.

Paying Out Affiliates

You as the brand/ buyer are FULLY responsible for paying the influencers/ shouters for every sale they bring you given the discussed %/ rate. We do not provide any links for your products or tracking for conversions. You as the buyer are 100% liable for providing all of these things/ anything that would be needed for the affiliate. We simply act as a middle man to connect you to the affiliates.

Ordering QuickShout’s

QuickShout’s are packages that the influencer/ shouter creates when first signing up. They set how much they will charge for certain promotions/ shoutouts on particular social media they desire to promote on. Quickshout’s don’t include shipping out products. The “Shout” is referenicng a Shoutout which is when person A promotes/ mentions person B on their social media platform through various ways. We do have a service fee of 5% depending on the overall cost of QuickShout Package/ promotion.

Services

At the time of ordering a service, Brands must provide funds equivalent to the total service price. The payment is protected by the Shoutsy Escrow System. Only mark complete once you are 100% happy with the work that has been delivered.

For Influencer/ Shouter Users

Shoutsy is free to sign up, create a profile, select categories of Campaigns you are interested in and apply, upload a portfolio, link social media networks, edit your about page, send SFS (Shoutout for Shoutout) requests to other influencers/ shouters, Manage your offers along with your workspace, receive Campaign notifications, discuss Campaign details with the Brand, bid on Campaigns and receive invites to events and campaigns. Optional upgrades may be purchased to promote your profile, get featured, or obtain coins (In app Currency for using particular services)

Campaigns

Fixed price Campaigns, if you are awarded a Campaign, and you accept, we charge you a Campaign fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. If you are subsequently paid more than the original bid amount. The fee for fixed price Campaigns is 20%.

Membership Plans

Select from a range of membership plans to determine the fees you pay for our service. You can work on the site as either a Brand or Shoutsy Shouter as a free member, or gain additional benefits as a paid member by upgrading to a paid plan. Memberships will recur on either a monthly or annual basis on the anniversary of your subscription, unless cancelled. If funds are insufficient we will try to renew your membership for up to 30 days, until funds are made available. You may cancel your membership at anytime from the settings or by emailing us at info@shoutsy.app, which will cease billing at the end of your subscription period without additional costs.

For Agency Users

Shoutsy is free to sign up, create a profile, link the influencers and brands you manage along with managing inquiries that come in.

20% Deduction Fee

We take a 20% cut of every promotion/ campaign hire on our platform. For example if an influencer sells a QuickShout package or does a promotion for $100 then we would proceed by paying them out $80 and keeping the $20. This means that all of the influencers you manage will recieve 80% of the overall sale price for any platform transaction. The amount your agency takes (if any) is entirely up to you and the influencer you work with/ manage. (We’re NOT responsible to divide the 80% between you(The Agency) and the (Influencer/ Shouter) that you’ve listed onto your profile.

User Agreement

The fees and charges summarized on this page are governed by the terms of the Shoutsy’s User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. The User Agreement specifies the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Shoutsy will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement
